Following slaughter, the integrated carcass processing system delivers precise washing, skinning, evisceration and splitting, while the modern chilling / conditioning room enables controlled temperature aging for tenderness, 

extended shelf-life and superior flavor. Throughout the facility, WFA implements first-class hygiene standards — including food-grade stainless steel, hygienic design, 

CIP cleaning and strict cold-chain management — fully aligned with international food safety regulations.
